Evaluation of Feasibility of the Amendments Introduced to the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting
The Amendments Introduced to the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting concerned the procedure of appealing the decisions made by self-regulatory bodies in the Communications Commission (ComCom), particularly in cases where there is a violation concerning the ban on disseminating programs and advertisements containing obscenity, hate speech, and calls to terrorism.

The Coalition Letter to the Legal Committee of the Parliament of Georgia
The Coalition for an Independent and Transparent Judiciary is requesting a working meeting to discuss the implementation of the European Commission’s recommendations concerning the judiciary, more specifically, the timeline, issues, and the general scope of reforms. With EU Support, the Human Rights Center Publishes a Summary Report on Monitoring Public Assemblies
On January 22, the Human Rights Center (HRC) publicly released its Summary Report on Monitoring Public Assemblies, shedding light on human rights violations and key challenges identified during the monitoring of public assemblies in 2023. This assessment was made possible with the support of the European Union, as part of the project “Strengthening Monitoring and Advocacy Capacities for Rights in Georgia”.
