Violent incidents and violations had impact on the polling process during the Parliamentary Elections – Assessment of Human Rights Center
In accordance with the assessment of Human Rights Center, violent incidents and violations, which were observed by HRC monitors in some polling stations during the polling process or were reported by various public sources, influenced the polling process during the October 26, 2024 Parliamentary Elections.

Evaluation of Feasibility of the Amendments Introduced to the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting
The Amendments Introduced to the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting concerned the procedure of appealing the decisions made by self-regulatory bodies in the Communications Commission (ComCom), particularly in cases where there is a violation concerning the ban on disseminating programs and advertisements containing obscenity, hate speech, and calls to terrorism.

Human Rights Center Re-Appeals the City Court’s Guilty Judgment against the Protester for Erecting a Tent in the Appellate Court
Human Rights Center re-appeals the Tbilisi Appellate Court to claim the annulment of the judgment of Judge Nino Enukidze at the Administrative Law Chamber at the Tbilisi City Court, according to which Beka Grigoriadisi was found guilty for erecting a tent during the protest rally and was fined with 2 000 GEL.
